Chanh cắt đôi theo chiều ngang, gạt bỏ hết hạt, vắt lấy nước cốt. Táo đỏ Mỹ rửa sạch, gọt vỏ, loại bỏ phần cùi và hạt, thái hạt lựu vừa ăn. Các loại trái cây còn lại rửa sạch, gọt bỏ vỏ và làm tương tự cho đến hết.
Trong chén nhỏ trộn đều 50g sốt mayonnaise, 40g sữa đặc có đường, 2 muỗng canh mật ong và nước cốt 1 trái chanh thành một hỗn hợp. Sử dụng 1 cái tô lớn, cho tất cả trái cây vào tô rồi rưới hỗn hợp sốt vừa chuẩn bị lên trên rồi đảo đều để trái cây ngấm nước sốt.
Cho tô salad vừa trộn vào tủ lạnh để khoảng 1 tiếng rồi lấy ra đĩa và thưởng thức. Món salad giòn mát đủ hương vị của các loại trái cây giàu vitamin và khoáng chất tốt cho sức khỏe. Bạn có thể dùng món salad này để ăn kiêng cũng được nhé!
